These terms cover your use of Limitless, the Windows optimization app, and the Pro and Ultimate plans sold in this shop. By downloading Limitless or buying a plan, you agree to them.

1. What you get

Limitless Free can be used at no cost. Pro and Ultimate are monthly subscriptions that unlock extra features. What each plan includes is listed in the shop. We may add, change or remove features as the app improves.

2. Your license key

• Each key is for one person. It locks to your Discord account and one PC the first time you redeem it.
• Don't share, sell or give away your key. Shared or resold keys can be turned off without a refund.
• New PC? Open a ticket in the Limitless Support Discord and we'll move your key.

3. Payments and cancelling

Payments are processed by our reseller, Polar, which handles checkout, receipts and sales tax. Plans renew every month until you cancel using the link in your receipt email. If a payment fails or you cancel, the plan ends at the end of the month you paid for, and Limitless puts back the settings that plan unlocked. Refunds follow our Refund policy, which requires a before and after screen share in our Discord.

4. Changes Limitless makes to your PC

• Limitless changes Windows settings, services, background apps and graphics driver settings. Before changing something, it saves your original setting, and Revert everything puts it back.
• Some options are marked with a note because they turn off something you might use, like printing or Memory Integrity. Read the note before turning one on.
• We recommend creating a restore point first; Limitless offers to do this when you press Optimize.
• You use Limitless at your own risk. We work hard to make it safe, but we can't guarantee it will work perfectly on every PC.

5. Games and anti-cheat

Limitless changes Windows and your graphics driver settings and, if you choose, a game's own settings file. It doesn't change game files, inject into games or give any in-game advantage beyond performance. You're responsible for following each game's rules.

6. What you can't do

• Crack, bypass or tamper with Limitless' licensing.
• Resell Limitless or pass it off as your own.
• Use our Discord or support to harass anyone.

We can end a license or ban an account that breaks these rules.

7. No warranty

Limitless is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost data, damage or other losses from using it. Your total claim against us is limited to what you paid us in the last month.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make a big change, we'll announce it in the Limitless Discord. Using Limitless after a change means you accept the new terms.
